Information We Collect

When you use the GrowthPro CRM app, we collect:

• •Account information: name, email address, phone number, and role (admin or location manager)
• •Business data: CRM leads, customer interactions, and Google Business Profile reviews and replies associated with your assigned workspace
• •Device information: device model and OS version, for compatibility and diagnostics
• •Push notification token: a device-specific token used to deliver operational alerts (new leads, new reviews), shared only with our push notification provider, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging

We do not collect precise location, contacts, camera, microphone, or SMS data. Business data is visible only within your organization's workspace and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly from the app: Profile → Delete account. If your account owns a workspace with active business data, the app will direct you to email us to request deletion of the workspace and all its associated data.

You may also request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@growthproai.com, without needing to have the app installed. We process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
